02. Upload latest passport-sized coloured photographs of the student and parents/guardian on the designated place.
03. Take a printout of the submitted Application Form and Admit Card on a clean white A4 sheet.
04. Paste identical passport-sized coloured photographs on the printed Application Form as uploaded.
05. Assessment/Interview dates will be mentioned on the Admit Card and mailed to you.
06. The printed Admit Card must be produced during the assessment/interaction.
07. Class I Onwards: Assessment is mandatory. Both parents must be present.
08. Nursery & LKG: Teacher interaction only. Both parents must accompany the child.
09. UKG: Observation and interaction for assessment. Both parents must accompany the child.
10. No request for change of dates for assessment/interview will be entertained.

e)	[Aadhaar Card Redacted] / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
f)	Date of Birth certificate of the child.
